索馬里希爾謝貝利州[2]（索馬里語：Dowlad Goboleedka Hirshabeele ee Soomaaliya），通稱希爾謝貝利，是索馬里中南部的聯邦成員州。北邊是加勒穆杜格，南邊是西南索馬里和巴納迪爾州，西面是埃塞俄比亞聯邦民主共和國，東臨印度洋。首府是喬哈爾。
希爾謝貝利州由索馬里的希蘭州和中謝貝利州組成，其名稱來源於他們名字的組合。 根據索馬里臨時憲法的定義，希爾謝貝利州是索馬里聯邦共和國的一個聯邦成員州。
