黃世芳（1977年10月—），女，廣西北海人，中華人民共和國外交官，現任中華人民共和國駐哥打基納巴盧總領事。[1]1998年6月加入中國共產黨。
生平
2011年，任廣西東興市委副書記、市長，兼東興邊境經濟合作區管理委員會主任。2012年，升任共青團廣西區委副書記、黨組成員。2020年，任廣西來賓市委常委、宣傳部長、副市長。2022年5月，出任中華人民共和國駐哥打基納巴盧總領事[2][3][4]。
