鍾生溢（1915年—1980年），江西省興國縣埠頭鄉人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍開國少將。
早年參加中國工農紅軍，並參加長征。抗日戰爭期間，擔任第四軍分區22團政治委員，晉綏軍區第27團政治委員。第二次國共內戰期間，擔任第一野戰軍3軍8師副政治委。中華人民共和國成立後，升任青海軍區副政委。1955年，授予中國人民解放軍少將[1]。後升任河南省軍區副政委、湖北省軍區副政委[2]。
