沈素琍（1958年5月—），女，江蘇漣水人，中華人民共和國政治人物。六安師範專科學校（現併入皖西學院）中文系畢業，中共中央黨校經濟管理專業在職研究生學歷。中國共產黨第十七屆、十八屆中央委員會候補委員。
生平
1979年8月加入中國共產黨。歷任中共舒城縣委副書記、縣長，安徽省物價局副局長、局長，銅陵市委副書記、書記、市人大常委會主任等職。2008年1月，當選安徽省政協副主席，同年2月任中共安徽省委統戰部部長。2011年10月，當選中共安徽省委常委[1]。2016年11月，不再擔任中共安徽省委常委[2]、統戰部部長[3]，任安徽省人大常委會黨組副書記[4]。2017年1月，當選安徽省人大常委會副主任[5]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[6]。2022年1月，辭去省人大常委會副主任職務。
