李且壽（韓語：이차수，1957年6月6日—2020年3月9日）是一名韓國政治人物和民間社會活動家，他曾促使位於大邱的K-2空軍基地搬遷。搬遷後的機場改造為現今的大邱國際機場[1][2]。
他曾擔任大邱北區議會主席，[3][4][5]並因一場車禍導致肺功能受損。後來他因感染2019冠狀病毒病於2020年3月9日在大邱北區漆谷慶北大學校病院去世，享年63歲[6][7]。
