朴成哲（朝鮮語：박성철，1913年9月2日—2008年10月28日）[1]，朝鮮民主主義人民共和國政治人物。出生在慶尚北道慶州市。
生平
朴成哲於1934年參加朝鮮人民革命軍。1942年加入蘇聯遠東方面軍獨立第88步兵旅。1959年10月任朝鮮外務相。1962年10月12日，與中華人民共和國國務院總理周恩來、外交部長陳毅在平壤簽訂《中朝邊界條約》。1972年5月29日至6月1日，非正式訪問韓國漢城，與韓國總統朴正熙會面，為《南北共同聲明》鋪路。1976年4月任政務院總理，1980年10月當選朝鮮勞動黨政治局委員，1991年8月任祖國統一民主主義戰線議長，1998年9月任朝鮮最高人民會議常任委員會名譽副委員長。
