約翰·克里斯多福·史壯（英語：John Christopher Strong，1974年7月22日—），美國男演員、作曲家、音樂家、歌手、詞曲作家及導演。最出名的是參演2001年電影《狂野時速》及《黑鷹15小時》，之後專注於音樂創作[1]；演藝事業中斷多年後，重返帶來了主演作《罪惡無間》（2010年）[2]。除了表演之外，史壯也是Operator樂團的主音歌手兼創始人。
早年
強尼·史壯生於加利福尼亞州洛杉磯縣。七歲時，他開始學習武術，並在聖費爾南多谷學習柔道。他繼續學習跆拳道、截拳道、拳擊，並最終在克里斯·李西安德羅（Chris Lisciandro）的指導下獲得了巴西柔術黑帶[3]。他在12歲起彈結他，並自學打鼓、低音結他和鋼琴。
個人生活
史壯1997年12月10日與亞歷山德拉·霍爾登結婚，但後來離婚[4]。
