希伯來協和學院（Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion，HUC, HUC-JIR或The College-Institute）是美洲最古老的猶太教神學院，培養猶太教改革派拉比的主要神學訓練中心。

歷史
希伯來協和學院成立於1875年，由拉比以撒·麥耶·懷斯（Isaac Mayer Wise）在俄亥俄州辛辛那提創辦。1950年，通過合併競爭對手、改革派的Jewish Institute of Religion，在紐約市建立了第二座校園。1954年，在洛杉磯建立了第3座校園。1963年，在耶路撒冷建立了第4座校園。[1]
今天，希伯來協和學院已經成為一所國際性的神學院，
