概述
主要產於廣東省韶關、肇慶、湛江等縣市,是黃大茶的代表品種之一。廣東大葉青茶以雲南大葉種茶樹的鮮葉為原料,其採摘標準為一芽二至三葉,它的製造過程分為萎凋、殺青、揉捻、悶黃、乾燥五道工序。殺青前的萎凋和揉捻後的悶黃具有消除青氣澀味,促進香味醇和純正的作用,具有黃茶的一般特點[2]。
