吸血鬼蟹屬(Geosesarma),又名陸相手蟹屬[2],是短尾下目方蟹總科相手蟹科以下的一個屬。本屬之前被劃歸方蟹科,今從相手蟹科。本屬物種體形細小,其頭胸甲寬度不超過10毫米(0.4英寸)[3]。本屬物種會在淡水或陸上生活,但在繁殖時無需返回海裏,被認為是真正的陸生蟹[4]。

出沒於印度[5]、到東南亞一帶,遠至所羅門群島及夏威夷亦可找到牠們的蹤影[3]。
