性質

一碘甲鍺烷是一種無色液體，可以水解。一碘甲鍺烷與水反應緩慢，在室溫下不穩定。它可以在−196°C的溫度下保存。 ^[1]

它和Me₃N、F₂PNH反應，可以得到F₂PN(GeH₃)R（R=H、GeH₃、SiH₃或PF₂）。^[3]
