《The Second Step》是狄易達的第二張EP，在2010年8月9日和葉文輝《The Sixth Sense》合併雙EP推出，後來在此版本售罄以後，在9月1日發行獨立版本[1]。
專輯的第一主打歌是《霹靂干戈》，而第二主打歌為《一天一粒糖》，另外《霹靂干戈（Wants To Move mix）》則是《霹靂干戈》的混音版本。
很多歌迷表示《一天一粒糖》聽起來像傑西·麥卡特尼 (Jesse McCartney) 2008 年的熱門單曲《Leavin》。[2]
