低軌道離子炮（Low Orbit Ion Cannon，LOIC）是一款開源的網絡測試工具，也可被用作DoS攻擊，使用C#語言編寫。LOIC最初由Praetox Technologies開發，不過後來被發佈至公有領域，[2]現在其代碼寄存於Github等幾個開源平台之上。[3][4]
