GTF（gene transfer format，字面意思是基因轉移格式）是一種基因組學中用於標記基因在基因組中位置並同時提供一些基本註釋信息的文件。GTF文件可與GFF文件第二版本完全互相兼容[1][2]。Ensembl、GENCODE，以及UCSC基因組瀏覽器等項目都提供常見模式生物基因組的GTF註釋文件。
