Boost軟件協定（Boost Software License）是一個由Boost C++ Libraries使用的開源協定。這也是一個大量開源C++專案使用的協定。這是一個類似於BSD特許條款和MIT特許條款的寬鬆協定。
根據自由軟件基金會[2]的列表，它被確認為自由軟件協定並且與GNU通用公眾特許條款相容。
