薛繼連（1954年—），山西大同人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國人民代表大會河北地區代表。
畢業於西南交通大學管理科學與工程專業。加入中共，擔任中國神華能源股份公司副總裁、朔黃鐵路公司董事長兼總經理。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[1]。
