生平
1970年，畢業於北京大學，進入北京外國語學院進修。1973年，進入中華人民共和國外交部工作，先後在駐羅馬尼亞大使館、外交部禮賓司、駐毛里裘斯大使館任職。1994年，任外交部禮賓司副司長。1997年8月，出任中華人民共和國駐塞舌爾大使。[2]2000年，任外交部大使。2001年8月，出任中華人民共和國駐貝寧大使。[3]2005年1月，出任中華人民共和國駐冰島大使。2007年5月，自駐冰島大使離任。[4]
