煙臺燜子燜子的一種,煙臺地區小吃,屬於魯菜系,以粗製地瓜澱粉為主要原料。將澱粉加水加熱打凍,將凍切成小塊,用鍋煎到外邊成焦狀顏色由白變透明,並佐以蝦油醬油芝麻醬蒜汁等調料上桌即可。味道類似北京煎灌腸
