沈謙（1947年2月—2006年1月2日），筆名思謙，江蘇省東台縣人。台灣文心雕龍學學家、文藝學家、修辭學家、教育家、社會活動家、講演家，歷任中興大學中文系主任、空中大學文學系主任、玄奘大學中文系主任等職。[1][2]
早年，聽從李曰剛等講授《文心雕龍》，以《文心雕龍批評論發微》一文得到台灣師範大學國文研究所學位。2006年1月2日，因元旦晚上趕寫約稿，猛覺心臟不適，離世。[1][2]
