汪運祖（1915年6月—2015年2月23日），湖北黃安（今紅安）縣高橋鎮汪家畈村人，中國人民解放軍開國大校，中國人民解放軍少將。
早年參加中國工農紅軍，後參加長征。歷任華東軍區後勤部軍需部部長、江蘇省軍區第三政委、南京軍區後勤部政委。1964年，授予少將軍銜，獲二級八一勳章、二級獨立自由勳章、二級解放勳章。2015年2月28日，因病去世[1]。
