查理斯·亞倫·卡斯卡特（英語：Charles Allan Cathcart，1759年12月28日—1788年6月10日），又譯加茨喀特，1787年奉命「代表英皇和東印度公司」出使中國，與中國皇帝協商貿易往來，但未到北京就在途中去世。這次使團活動被視為英國政府的第一次遣使來華[1][2]。
