朱爭平（1953年2月—），江蘇海門人，中華人民共和國政治、軍事人物，2004年7月晉升為少將軍銜。[1]中共十八大代表[2]。
1970年參加工作，曾任南京軍區政治部宣傳部部長，裝甲第十師政委，第一集團軍政治部主任。2005年，任第一集團軍副政委。2010年1月，任江西省委常委、江西省軍區政委。[1][3][4]2010年7月，任上海警備區政委；次年兼任上海市委常委，2012年5月卸任，2012年9月再度擔任上海市委常委；[5]2013年3月卸任上海警備區政委。
