普洛塞庇娜（Proserpina，又譯作普羅塞耳皮娜）是羅馬神話中普路托的妻子，冥府的女王。相對應於希臘神話中冥王哈迪斯的妻子普賽芬尼，羅馬神話中冥王普路托的妻子則是普洛塞庇娜。

羅馬人首次聽到普賽芬尼的名字的方言時便叫她為普洛塞庇涅（Proserpine），因此在後來的羅馬神話中就將她的名字定為現在的普洛塞庇娜。
普洛塞庇娜是大神朱比特和農業女神席瑞斯（對應於希臘神話中的得茉忒薾）的女兒，關於她的神話完全是從普賽芬尼的神話照搬過來的。
羅馬女神的普洛塞庇娜後來成為文藝復興的代表形象之一。同時也是三相女神中象徵月缺的形態，與象徵月盈的露娜及象徵月圓的黛安娜相對應。
