崔津渡（1955年2月—），河北望都人。中國共產黨黨員。天津財經學院（現天津財經大學）財政會計系財政專業畢業，南開大學管理學系工商管理專業學習，獲工商管理碩士學位，南開大學經濟學院世界經濟專業在職研究生學歷，經濟學博士學位。歷任天津市財政局副處長、處長、副局長、局長等職。2002年9月被補選為天津市人民政府副市長，2007年12月獲任市委常委，2012年5月升任天津市常務副市長[1]。2015年1月30日，當選為天津市第十六屆人民代表大會常務委員會副主任[2]。
生平
崔津渡畢業於天津財經學院會計系，任天津市財政局預算處處長時，於1991年9月在職入讀南開大學管理學系工商管理專業學習，於1995年6月獲工商管理碩士學位。任天津市財政局局長時，於2001年9月在職入讀南開大學經濟學院世界經濟專業博士，於2006年6月獲經濟學博士學位。
