哈德遜灣公司（英語：Hudson's Bay Company，HBC；法語：Compagnie de la Baie d'Hudson），舊譯乞臣比公司^[4]或乞慎比公司，又稱海灣百貨公司（英文：The Bay；法文：La Baie）^[5]，於1670年註冊成立，是北美最早成立的商業股份公司，也是全世界最早成立的公司之一。現在總部位於加拿大安大略省多倫多賓頓^[6]。旗下公司主要經營零售業，子公司有哈德遜灣、Home Outfitters、羅德與泰勒、薩克斯第五大道。

歷史

公司曾是全世界最大的地主，其魯拔地佔據了北美洲的大片土地。公司總部的舊址設於哈德遜灣畔的約克工場，而公司多年來從此處控制著英屬北美地區絕大部份的皮草貿易。該公司同時也承擔了早期北美大陸的開發探索，在歐屬殖民地建立前曾經是北美部分地區的實際政府架構。它的商人與捕獸人與許多當地土著人部落建立了合作關係，而它的驛站網絡後來也逐漸演變成加拿大與美國西部部分地區的官方架構。

哈德遜灣公司於1869年11月19日將魯拔領地出售給當時新組建的加拿大自治領，而加拿大政府則於1870年7月15日正式接管該片土地。隨着其皮毛貿易壟斷地位被取消，公司進入了商品市場，在加拿大西部銷售生活必需品給新移民。今天，公司成為全加拿大最著名的百貨公司。哈德遜灣公司檔案館坐落在加拿大緬尼吐巴省的溫尼辟。

2006年1月26日，哈德遜灣公司董事會一致同意了Jerry Zucker的每股$15.25的競標（原價為每股$14.24），結束了長久以來公司與這位南加州億萬富翁股東的爭執。2006年3月9日的新聞發佈會中，HBC公佈了Jerry Zucker會代替George Heller成為新的董事長與CEO，他成為了公司第一位美國高管。

2007年，哈德遜灣公司的紀錄成為聯合國教科文組織下《世界記憶項目》的一部分。此紀錄包含了公司從1670年成立以來的歷史。還包含了交易紀錄、病歷、員工個人日記、庫存紀錄、公司報告等。HBC公司紀錄被認為是近代歷史上最早的紀錄之一。

2015年6月16日，哈德遜灣公司以33.6億加元(28億歐元)向德國麥德龍收購德國103間Galeria Kaufhof連鎖店及其位於科隆的總部，還有16間Sportarena連鎖店、旗下16間Galeria Inno比利時連鎖店、物流中心、倉庫及其他物業。
