呂四站位於中國江蘇省南通市啟東市呂四港鎮二補村，龔家鎮的北側、跨蒿枝港橋下。
呂四站是寧啟鐵路的終點站，洋呂鐵路（洋口港—呂四港）也途徑本站。[1]
2019年1月隨寧啟鐵路二期建設完工。[2]目前暫無客運。
