凱爾索（英語：Kelso；低地蘇格蘭語：Kelsae；蘇格蘭蓋爾語：Cealsaidh），是英國蘇格蘭蘇格蘭邊區的一個城鎮，位於蒂維厄特河與特威德河交匯處。總人口6385（2001年）。福羅爾斯城堡與凱爾索修道院是該地主要的景觀。
