優素福·基龍德·盧萊（斯瓦希里語：Yusuf Kironde Lule，1912年—1985年1月21日），烏干達政治家，1979年4月13日至6月20日期間曾出任過渡總統。他是烏干達全國解放陣線的領導人，協助坦桑尼亞軍隊推翻伊迪·阿敏後被坦桑尼亞推舉為過渡總統。
