東非里西亞群島（德語：Ostfriesische Inseln）是非里西亞群島中部位於德國的部分，西起埃姆斯河河口，東至亞德灣，主要島嶼有博爾庫姆島，於斯特島，諾德奈島，巴爾特魯姆島，朗格島，施皮克羅格和旺格島。島上有分散的農場和村莊。旅遊業發達。[1]
