石煌（1921年—2014年1月4日），河北安國人，中國人民解放軍上校。
1938年參加八路軍，參加百團大戰。歷任北京軍區軍政幹部學校副校長、石家莊高級步兵學校副校長兼訓練部部長、石家莊高級陸軍學校副校長兼訓練部部長等職。1955年，授予上校軍銜。1970年，擔任國家科委軍管會主任[1]。曾榮獲二級獨立自由勳章、三級解放勳章和獨立功勳榮譽章。2014年去世[2]。
