段小纓（Rachel Duan，1970年7月25日—），中華人民共和國女性企業高管，曾擔任通用電氣大中華區總裁兼行政總裁。段小纓是通用電氣大中華區首位本土行政總裁，亦是通用電氣大中華區首位女性行政總裁。[1]
生平
段小纓生於上海，本科畢業於上海外國語大學經濟專業。[1]後來獲得威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校工商管理碩士學位。1996年加入通用電氣審計部。2000年，段小纓升任通用電氣高級審計經理。[2]2006年，段小纓成為通用電氣高新材料集團的大中華區總裁兼行政總裁。隨後擔任從通用電氣剝離重組的邁圖高新材料集團亞太區總裁兼行政總裁，2010年返回通用電氣出任通用電氣醫療集團大中華區總裁[3]。2014年7月出任通用電氣大中華區總裁兼行政總裁。[4]2019年出任通用電氣的高級副總裁及國際業務總裁兼行政總裁。2019年7月離開通用電氣[5][6]。之後段小纓又出任安盛、賽諾菲、滙豐控股獨立非執行董事。[7]
