桔梗科（學名：Campanulaceae）是菊目下的一個大科，包括了84屬大約2380種，一般為多年生草本或灌木，也有一些種是小喬木，一般莖葉折斷後都會流出無毒的白色乳汁。[1]其中包含了許多常見的園藝植物，如風鈴草屬、半邊蓮屬和桔梗屬等。
桔梗科植物主要分佈在北半球，但在南部非洲也有許多種類。中國有17屬約150種，以西南地區最多。2003年的APG II 分類法將半邊蓮科建議和其合併。
桔梗科植物單葉互生，也有少數種為對生，無托葉。花兩性，花冠鍾狀或筒狀，常為藍色或白色；果實為蒴果或漿果。含南沙參、黨參、桔梗等藥物。
