杜宜瑾（1936年2月—），男，漢族，四川廣安人，中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任致公黨中央常務副主席，第九屆全國人大常委。

生平
1958年，於北京師範大學研究生畢業。1958年至1987年，在安徽師範大學任助教、講師、副教授、教授。1983年，任安徽師範大學校長。1987年，任安徽大學校長。1988年，任安徽省人民政府副省長。1996年，任中國致公黨中央委員會副主席。1998年，任北京市政協副主席。1998年3月，第九屆全國人大第一次會議上，他當選全國人民代表大會常務委員會委員[1][2][3][4]。2003年，任致公黨中央常務副主席。[5][6]。
