朱林森（1978年11月—），男，漢族，江蘇姜堰人，中華人民共和國政治人物。研究生學歷。1998年6月加入中國共產黨，2003年9月參加工作。曾任浙江省人民政府台灣事務辦公室主任，現任中共麗水市委副書記、麗水市人民政府市長

生平
2016年12月8日，朱氏出任中國共產主義青年團浙江省委員會書記、黨組書記[1]。期間兼任中共浙江省援疆指揮部黨委書記、指揮長。2023年，出任浙江省台辦主任[2]。2024年2月，當選為麗水市副市長、代市長。
