《千億個夜晚》是香港歌手林子祥發行第十四張粵語專輯，專輯以改編外國歌曲為主，其中兩首歌曲入選《十大勁歌金曲》，包括《千億個夜晚》和《海誓山盟》。

1986年9月14日，林子祥首次於紅館舉行的《白金巨星耀保良》演繹單曲《千億個夜晚》（也是全專輯最早推出的歌曲），由於歌曲大受歡迎，他遂決定以此曲為名，親自展開專輯的製作，除創作了三首歌曲外，還額外挑選6首外國歌手的作品進行改編，更找來林敏怡為日劇《海誓山盟》創作主題曲《海誓山盟》。[1]
