刺脛弄蝶族

刺脛（ging3）弄蝶族（學名：Baorini）是弄蝶科花弄蝶亞科裏的一個族，分佈於舊大陸從歐洲至澳洲一帶^[2]。次級分類共有15個屬，物種大部份皆擁有深褐色翅膀，配有透明白點。物種之間外型相似，叫學者不容易分辨和分類^[3]。幼蟲的寄主為禾本科植物^[4]。

種系發生

刺脛弄蝶族起初被分類為弄蝶科中的一個亞科^[5][6]，其後又分類作吉弄蝶類（Gegenes group）^[7]、穀弄蝶類（Pelopidas group）^[8][9]和吉弄蝶族（Gegenini）^[10][11]，然而國際動物命名法委員會認為刺脛弄蝶族是更合適的命名^[12]，因而分類出此族。

型態

翅膀黑褐色，前翅通常有白色透明白斑。後翅腹面黃色，有白色小斑。前翅頂角及後翅臀角突出，後翅後緣稍有瓣。腹部與後翅後緣長略相等。前翅中室較長，上端角尖，M₂脈從近翅基部分出，2A脈稍彎曲。後翅中室下角在Cu₂脈處向下彎曲，Rs脈比Cu₂脈先分出。雄蝶有第二性徵^[4]。
