馬江區（1970年5月—1978年2月）是中華人民共和國福建省福州市歷史上的一個市轄區。
1970年5月，馬江人民公社改制為馬江區，直屬福州市革命委員會，下轄馬尾鎮和馬尾、亭江、漁業3個公社。1975年5月，亭江公社劃歸郊區，漁業公社劃歸福州水產局。1978年2月，撤銷馬江區，馬尾鎮和馬尾公社劃歸郊區[1][2]。
