湯姆·霍珀（英語：Tom Hooper，1972年10月1日—）是一位英國電影、電視劇導演。生於倫敦。2010年其執導的影片《國王的演講》獲得第83屆奧斯卡金像獎12項提名中的最佳影片、最佳導演、最佳原創劇本和最佳男主角四個大獎，以及第64屆英國電影學院獎最佳影片、最佳英國電影等七個獎。
