彭祖意（1948年12月—），男，瑤族，廣西恭城人，中華人民共和國政治人物。廣西民族學院政治系畢業，中共中央黨校經濟管理專業在職研究生學歷，高級政工師。
生平
1974年加入中國共產黨。歷任廣西龍勝各族自治縣縣委書記，百色地委委員、組織部部長、行署副專員，自治區林業廳副廳長、廳長，中共梧州（後更名賀州）地委書記，柳州地委書記等職。2002年1月獲任中共廣西壯族自治區黨委常委、政法委書記，2008年3月當選第十一屆全國人大常委會委員、全國人大民族委員會委員[1]。
