張志川（1964年9月—），男性，河南滎陽人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1982年7月參加工作，武漢大學在職工學博士。1997年6月加入中共。曾任山西省交通運輸廳廳長、中共晉城市委書記等職[1]。現任山西省人大常委會副主任。
簡歷
1982年7月進入河南省水科院任農田水利研究室職員(1983年7至1988年12月在武漢大學水利水電工程專業本科學習)；1991年4月，任研究室副主任；1993年3月，任研究室主任；1995年8月，任省水科院副總工程師；1996年12月，任省水科院副院長(1996年9月至1998年6月在武漢大學水利水電工程專業碩士生學習)；2001年11月，任省水科院黨委書記兼副院長(2002年9月至2005年6月在武漢大學水利水電工程專業博士生學習)。
2005年11月，任山西省交通廳副廳長；2011年3月，任山西省政府外事僑務辦主任、書記。2017年1月，任山西省交通運輸廳廳長、書記。
2021年5月，卸任中共晉城市委書記。
