中華工商時報是一家中華人民共和國報紙。它由中華全國工商業聯合會主管主辦。1989年10月6日在北京創刊。1994年，中華工商時報以日報形式發行。[1][2]1999年5月12日，中華工商時報上刊登了該報記者自署名的文章，題目為《電 腦節中關村日記》。一家名為「走進中關村」網站稱該篇文章文字抄襲該網站，並起訴中華工商時報。1999年10月27日，法院判決中華工商時報社要在該報上向「走進中關村」賠禮道歉並向原告賠償損失5000元人民幣。[3]
