鵝去氧膽酸（英語：Chenodeoxycholic acid，或chenocholic acid、chenodesoxycholic acid，也被稱為3α,7α-二羥基-5β-膽烷-24-羧酸，3α,7α-dihydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oic acid）是一種膽汁酸，它是白色晶體物質，不溶於水，但溶於乙醇和乙酸，熔點為165–167°C。鵝去氧膽酸與膽酸是肝臟生產的膽汁的兩大主要成分^[1]。
