本物種分佈於印度太平洋區的熱帶地區：從印度洋的紅海[2]到孟加拉灣[4]，到印支半島[2]的馬來西亞，印度尼西亞、中國大陸、台灣[3]、菲律賓及澳大利亞的昆士蘭州及西澳州[2]。[5][6][4][7]
