鹽皮質激素[1]（英語：mineralocorticoid；又稱為鹽皮質素[2]、鹽皮質類固醇）是腎上腺皮質球狀帶分泌的由21個碳原子組成的皮質類固醇激素。如脫氧皮質酮和醛固酮，通過刺激鈉的滯留和鉀的排泄在水-電解質代謝中發揮作用。
