生平
1985年畢業於清華大學電力系統及自動化專業，1989年取得中國人民大學工業經濟專業碩士學位。
曾任國家發改委規劃司副司長、財金司司長、西部開發司司長。2017年1月任青海省人民政府副省長[1][2]。2020年5月跨省任中共吉林省委常委、延邊州委書記[3]。2022年1月，當選為吉林省人大常委會副主任[4]。
