簡歷
長期在原濟南軍區服役，曾任第54集團軍政治部副主任、主任，2010年7月晉升少將軍銜，至遲在2013年1月接替張建設，出任原濟南軍區聯勤部政委，成為正軍級將領；2016年8月升任西藏軍區政委，躋身副大軍區級[1]。2017年7月31日，晉升為中將軍銜。2017年12月，出任中央軍委政治工作部副主任[2]。隨後兼任中國人民解放軍選舉委員會委員、國務院扶貧開發領導小組副組長等職務[3][4]。
2018年12月，升任南部戰區政治委員，晉升正戰區級[5]。2019年10月1日，在慶祝中華人民共和國成立70周年大會閱兵式上率戰旗方隊。12月12日，晉升上將。[6]
