波士頓學院法學院（Boston College Law School，簡稱 BC Law） 是一所自1929年起在美國馬薩諸塞州牛頓創設的法學院，附屬於波士頓學院。 該學院在《美國新聞與世界報道》的法學院排名里被評為第36名。[1] 該學院跟最早在波士頓市中心，馬薩諸塞州議會對面，1954年時搬到栗樹山的主校區，1975年時搬到現址，跟主校區不在一起。
