底特律美術館（Detroit Institute of Arts，縮寫：DIA）是位於美國密歇根州底特律的一座美術館，是美國最大、藏品最全的美術館之一。其展廳超過一百個，面積達658,000平方英尺（61,100平方公尺）[1]。該美術館的第一幅藏品在1883年入館，現在藏品總數已超65,000件。

美術館建築本身是由保羅·菲利普·克里特設計的，南北兩翼均用白色大理石砌成。它和它所在的底特律文化中心歷史區（Cultural Center Historic District）已列入國家史跡名錄[2]。
