小亨利·范恩（英語：Henry Vane the Younger，1613年3月26日—1662年6月14日），是英格蘭共和國時期議會派政治家，他的父親是老亨利·范恩爵士。范恩在英國內戰期間與新模範軍領袖奧利弗·克倫威爾密切合作，革命勝利後進入國務會議任職。由於他在共和國的政治理念上與克倫威爾存在分歧，他被克倫威爾免去了議員資格。之後他長期在野，直到1658年克倫威爾去世，范恩才重新被選入議會而掌權[1][2][3]。斯圖亞特王朝復辟後，范恩被指控在革命期間犯有叛國罪，並於1662年6月14日在倫敦塔丘被斬首[4]。
