哈爾夫丹·科特（挪威語：Johan Ludwig Mowinckel，1873年7月7日—1965年12月12日），挪威工黨政治家、語言學家和歷史學家。他曾於1935年至1940年擔任尼高斯沃爾內閣的外交大臣[1][2]，他在二戰初期主張挪威應保持中立；但在德國入侵挪威之後，他隨同國王與政府流亡倫敦後不久便辭去了職務[3]。戰後，他回到了他的學術生涯繼續從事歷史研究工作。
